INSTRUCTIONS FOR SIGNING & PRINTING YOUR PUPPY SALES CONTRACT
Please follow the directions below based on the type of contract you are signing:
🐾 PET/COMPANION CONTRACT (NO BREEDING RIGHTS)- THESE PAGES ARE IN YELLOW.
Print and sign the following pages:
• Pages 1–14, Pages 24, 25, 28 & 29
❌ DO NOT print or sign pages 15–23. These do not apply to pet/companion contracts.
💲 Optional – Payment Plan Addendum:
If the seller has approved you for a payment plan, also print and sign pages 26-27.
🐉 SHOW/BREEDING/CO-OWNERSHIP CONTRACT
Print and sign ALL pages of the contract. These pages are in ORANGE.
📌 If you’re unsure which contract applies, or have any questions, please get in touch with the seller before proceeding.
Instructions for Submitting the Contract
Please note that certain sections of the contract require completion and signature by the Breeder/Seller. These fields should be left blank, as the Breeder/Seller will finalize and sign the contract at the time of puppy pick-up. The completed contract will be retained by the Breeder/Seller until then. The original contract must be provided to the Seller by Puppy Pick-Up.
You may submit your portion of the signed contract to the Breeder/Seller by mail using one of the following carriers:
