INSTRUCTIONS FOR SIGNING & PRINTING YOUR PUPPY SALES CONTRACT
Please follow the directions below based on the type of contract you are signing:
🐾 PET/COMPANION CONTRACT (NO BREEDING RIGHTS)
Print and sign the following pages:
• Pages 1–7
• Page 16
• Pages 19–21
• Page 23
❌ DO NOT print or sign pages 8–15. These are not applicable to pet/companion contracts.
💲 Optional – Payment Plan Addendum:
If you have been approved by the seller for a payment plan, also print and sign pages 17–18.
🐉 SHOW/BREEDING/CO-OWNERSHIP CONTRACT
Print and sign ALL pages of the contract.

Instructions for Submitting the Contract
Please note that certain sections of the contract require completion and signature by the Breeder/Seller. These fields should be left blank, as the Breeder/Seller will finalize and sign the contract at the time of puppy pick-up. The completed contract will be retained by the Breeder/Seller until then.
You may submit your portion of the signed contract to the Breeder/Seller by mail using one of the following carriers:
