Owning a Cane Corso is a serious, lifelong commitment. Make sure you, your spouse, and your family are fully prepared before contacting us.
Please make sure your spouse is fully on board with your decision before contacting breeders.
The first step is to call or text me for a personal conversation.
Before we accept a reservation, I like to speak directly with each potential family. This conversation helps me learn about your lifestyle, experience, and goals with a Corso — whether you’re interested in a companion, show, or working prospect.
We’ll discuss your household, children, other pets, and any past experience with Cane Corsos or similar breeds. This helps me understand which bloodline or litter will best match your family’s needs and lifestyle.
You may be asked to fill out our puppy application.
You can view a sample contract in the menu above; go to Puppy Reservations → Puppy Application.
A $1,500–$2,500 deposit is required to reserve a puppy. The remaining balance is due at 8 weeks of age.
Please keep these costs in mind before reaching out.
Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a future litter.
We welcome visitors by appointment only, and only for serious buyers.
This is not a “meet the breed” opportunity. Some of our dogs are social, but others are not comfortable with unfamiliar visitors. Our priority is safety, structure, and biosecurity for both our dogs and your family.
We do not allow visitors to handle or hold newborn or unvaccinated puppies.
For the safety of our litters, we also do not offer playtime or interaction with puppies from any current litters unless you have an active reservation within that litter. This policy helps protect the health and developing immune systems of puppies already reserved for their new families.
You will not be allowed into the whelping or nursery areas. Meeting mothers with newborns is not permitted for safety and stress reasons. If you wish to meet a mother, this must be scheduled 3–6 months before she is bred or after her litter has gone home (approximately 2 months after weaning).
If you would like to meet available puppies, visits can be arranged after 8 weeks of age once they are vaccinated and if any remain available. Most litters are reserved before 8 weeks.
Please be respectful of our time.
If you or your spouse are not fully committed or financially ready, wait until you are within 6 months of being ready to bring a puppy home.
I typically return calls or messages within 24 hours.
An in-person visit is not required to be approved for a puppy — most of our clients complete the entire process by phone and email.
Once you are approved to move forward, we’ll prepare your kennel contract.
This contract outlines your rights (limited or full AKC), gender preference, spay/neuter requirements and total cost.
You will need to provide your full name, address, phone number, and email.
Contracts are emailed for review and e-signature, or can be mailed if preferred.
Your reservation is not secured until both the contract and deposit are received.
You can view a sample contract under Puppy Reservations → Puppy Contracts.

If purchasing with full rights, one first-pick puppy back will be required from a future litter of our choosing.
All full-rights puppies remain under co-ownership with Magical Creatures Cane Corso until:
We do not sell based on color.
Color is cosmetic and not a determining factor in placement.
We do not produce or sell white, straw, black & tan, blue & tan, or merle dogs, as these are disqualifying traits under the Cane Corso breed standard.
Selections are made in order of reservation and category:
We begin temperament and conformation evaluations at 7–8 weeks of age.
Each puppy is matched to their family based on temperament, lifestyle, energy level, and compatibility — not by color or appearance. You are guaranteed your chosen gender, but the individual puppy will be selected based on best fit.
If a litter does not take or there are not enough puppies to fulfill your reservation, your deposit will automatically transfer to the next available litter.
We do not offer out-of-state delivery.
You may:
We provide all documentation required for domestic transport.
International exports (Europe, Caribbean, Canada) are handled case-by-case and must be discussed directly.
All puppies come with AKC Prepaid Registration.
“Magical Creature’s” must appear at the beginning of your puppy’s registered name
(example: Magical Creature’s Morty).
If you don’t have a name ready at pickup, registration must be completed within 30 days.
Ear cropping is included in the purchase price for all puppies.
The procedure is performed by a licensed professional with decades of experience. Puppies are sedated and monitored by a full veterinary team before, during, and after surgery.
Cropping is not cosmetic — it is part of the Cane Corso breed standard and has long-term health and functional benefits, including:
Post-surgery care involves keeping ears clean for 5–9 days. Stitches must be removed by your local veterinarian within 7–10 days, and ears may require posting to stand correctly.
All puppies are sold with Limited AKC Registration unless otherwise approved.
This means no breeding or showing rights.
